History
| Mar. 1948 | Kazuo Sato start business personally as "SATO BUHIN SHOKAI" in Ebisu, Tokyo. Start manufacturing and sales of parts of radio, television, communication equipment, and electrical machinery. |
| Oct. 1955 | Osaka sales office is set up in Osaka. |
| Oct. 1956 | Reorganize and name changed to "SATO BUHIN DENKI CO.,LTD.". |
| Feb. 1959 | Akihabara sales office is set up in Tokyo. |
| Jun. 1961 | Increase its capital to 9,450,000 yen. |
| Dec. 1963 | Increase its capital to 20,000,000 yen. |
| Jan. 1966 | Increase its capital to 25,000,000 yen. |
| Jun. 1966 | Company name changes to "SATO PARTS CO.,LTD.". |
| Feb. 1967 | Increase its capital to 30,000,000 yen. |
| Dec. 1969 | Nagoya sales office is set up in Aichi. |
| Dec. 1972 | Increase its capital to 49,800,000 yen. |
| Dec. 1982 | The president changes. The former president Kazuo Sato is installed as a senior advisor. Tsuyoshi Tada is installed as new president. |
| Nov. 1986 | The president changes. Toshio Sato is installed as a new president & CEO. |
| Jan. 1990 | Increased capital to 95,995,500 yen. |
| Apr. 1990 | S-Tech CO.,LTD. , Production subsidiary, is completed. |
| Sep. 1996 | Company name of S-Tech CO.,LTD. changes to NIIGATA SATO PARTS CO.,LTD.. |
| Dec. 2003 | KASUKABE Factory is set up in Saitama. |
| Jun. 2008 | KASUKABE Factory changes its name to KANTO Factory. |
| Apr. 2012 | Shanghai Liaison Office opened in Shanghai,China. |
| Apr. 2015 | The CEO changes. The former Executive vice president Shinji Sato is installed as new CEO. Merged with NIIGATA SATO PARTS CO.,LTD. and a name changes to NIIGATA Factory. |
| Sep. 2016 | Headquaters office moved from Ebisu,Tokyo to Hongo,Tokyo. |
| Oct. 2016 | Sales Division office moved from Ebisu,Tokyo to Shin-Yokohama,Yokohama. |
| Nov. 2017 | KANTO Factory moved from Kasukabe-shi,Saitama to Saitama-shi,Saitama, and a name changes Saitama Office. |
| Apr. 2019 | Sales Division office moved from Shin-Yokohama,Yokohama to Akihabara,Tokyo. |
| Jun.2020 | Headquaters office moved from Hongo,Tokyo to Akihabara,Tokyo. |
| Apr.2020 | Akihabara sales office change its name to East Japan Block, Osaka sales office change its name to West Japan Block, Nagoya sales office change its name to Central Japan Block. |
